For the laid back dads, try an afternoon of beer tasting at Barley Forge and Gunwhale Ales. They’re located just doors down from one another, so you’re welcome to stick with one or try them both! Gunwhale Ales’ approach to brewing combines the taste of hop-forward California brews with the traditional farmhouse style. Barley Forge – Costa Mesa’s first brewery – brews Belgian, West Coast and German style beers. When it’s time to eat, Gunwhale Ales has a rotating schedule of food trucks and Barley Forge offers a full kitchen and grill menu.
Ecco Pizzeria Pig & Swig
You read that right. Ecco Pizzeria in Costa Mesa is celebrating its third annual Father’s Day event, the Pig & Swig! The market brings hundreds of vendors together for a celebration of a distinctive variety of food.
