Just over the border from Costa Mesa, the public 18-hole Newport Beach Golf Course features 3,216 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 59 and a course rating of 57.2. Designed by David A. Rainville, ASGCA, and Harry Rainville, the course opened in 1976. In order to provide customized personal service, Steve Carfano's Golf Shop at the Newport Beach Golf Course is family owned and operated.
The Tee Room restaurant at the Newport Beach Golf Course specializes in hosting parties of up to 200 guests and it is an ideal location for weddings, receptions, anniversary celebrations, birthday parties, holiday parties, club meetings and fund raisers. There is no room charge and events include a complimentary champagne toast. The Tee Room restaurant also offers daily buffets, a fully stocked bar in the cocktail lounge and a snack bar with affordable food.
