Costa Mesa turns into Bonnie Scotland over Memorial Weekend with the Scots Fest featuring Scottish games, dancing, music, food, drinks and of course, kilts. Enjoy the rich Scottish culture with a weekend of fun at the OC Fair & Event Center. Enjoy whisky tasting, Highland dancing, bands, piping & drumming and traditional Scottish feats of strength like the hammer throw and caber toss. There will also be plenty of activities for kids.
