Celebrate Mother’s Day with a morning of pure relaxation & rejuvenation! Join us for a gentle yoga flow followed by a soothing sound bath and Tai Chi class! Whether you’re a mom, honoring a mom, or simply looking for a peaceful way to start your day, this is the perfect gift to share with your loved ones!
Yoga and sound bath will be led by local expert instructor, Darren from RA Yoga alongside Gina from Studio D: Arts School for All Abilities! To ensure a comfortable and accessible experience for all, seniors and individuals with low mobility can follow along with Gina in a guided chair yoga adaptation! Tai Chi will be led by Dr. Miranda Lau from Natural Healing TCM.
About the Instructors
Darren Obong is a space holder and wellness curator who has extensive training in energy medicine, eastern medicine, yoga therapeutics, trauma-informed yoga, breathwork, meditation, functional movement, and mobility. He utilizes his knowledge from these different healing modalities and his knowledge from his education in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to help individuals live more embodied and fulfilling lives.
Dr. Miranda Lau-Rivera was raised in the Traditional Medicine Culture (TCM) and grew up practicing Tai Chi and Qigong (Energy Therapy). She is a licensed acupuncturist and certified Tai Chi Master who has helped thousands of people become stronger and recover from illness through holistic health practices and guided self-healing.
