Mesa Emergency Services Amateur Communications (MESAC) has been supporting the City for more than 35 years.
Each year the team supports our City with emergency radio and special events communications including support for the OC Marathon and the Costa Mesa Police Department’s Baker to Vegas Challenge.
These dedicated community members and radio operators are instrumental in supporting the emergency operations center with maintenance and training in emergency communications for the City and County.

MESAC has also partnered with the Community Emergency Response Team to share preparedness information during the event. Teams will be set up between City Hall and the Costa Mesa Police Department. Everyone is invited!
The event is free and open to all ages. Be part of Radio Field Day 2022 at the Costa Mesa City Hall parking lot, 77 Fair Drive, on June 25, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
