Costa Mesa is having its first ever Yappy Hour. Yappy Hour is more than just a social event, it is a fundraiser to benefit the Bark Park. Festivities will include a large silent auction, food, drinks, and doggy treats and games. Leashed dogs are welcome. Bark Park is completely self-supported - it does not get any assistance from City Hall like most dog parks.
