Growing up and working at his parents' restaurant, Taqueria El Zamorano, David utilized his years of experience into making traditional Mexican dishes vegan, all while remaining authentic to the taste and culture. Aguilar's recipes are what make Vegan by El Zamorano one of the best spots in the OC for Mexican food and the only one serving an all-vegan menu.
