Now at SOCO & The OC Mix, Moulin serves authentic French dishes like crêpes, sandwiches and soups. Entrees include a half roasted chicken with potatoes and mixed greens and a seared salmon with asparagus and a white wine butter sauce. The Costa Mesa location features a pastry lab with 17-foot glass pastry case and an open kitchen for guests to watch bakers assemble pastries.
