The broth is made with pork bones, fresh shrimp and traditional Chinese spices. The shrimp are baked, then ground into a fine texture and simmered for over eight hours. The menu features 11 varieties of ramen, including the signature trio shrimp ramen, along with appetizers such as house made wontons and spring rolls.
