Kabob Republic specializes in authentic Turkish and Greek kabobs. Food critic Brad A. Johnson said that “the tri-tip beef döner is easily the best kabob in Orange County” and named the restaurant as one of his 75 Best Places to Eat in 2018.
Everything on the menu is prepared from scratch daily. There are plenty of vegan and vegetarian options, like falafel and stuffed grape leaves. The menu includes pita wraps, salads, entrees and homemade baklava. There are also a number of traditional sides such as hummus, baba ghanouj and tzatziki.
