What started as making 10 sandwiches in April 2020 and offering to deliver them on social media has turned into a successfully delicious sandwich shop. Gewl, Good Eats With Laura, offers a music-inspired menu and is located inside The Hood Kitchen Space in Costa Mesa.
Welcome to the Jungle: Whole Wheat Bread, Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, Greens, Sprouts, Roasted Bell Pepper, Shredded Carrots, Apple, Cucumber, Pumpkin Seeds with GEWL Signature Dressing. Or, Purple Haze: Ciabatta roll with roasted eggplant, roasted red bell pepper, cucumber, Kalamata olives and almond romesco sauce. Both are from the "Headliners" menu and are served with homemade seasoned chips (aka "Groupies")....because good food needs a soundtrack!
