It all started in a parking lot in East Hollywood. Four friends put together $900 to put in a tiny stand to serve the perfect Hot Chicken. The menu was simple, and the chicken was the star. Sourced and prepared to be the juiciest and most tender imaginable, each piece is topped with Dave's own mix of spices ranging from "No Sprice" to "The Reaper." Once you choose your heat, decide if you want tenders of sliders. Mac and cheese or a chocolate shake are a good choice to help extinguish the fire!
