The menu includes a contemporary twist on Peruvian fare. Try arroz con mariscos, a cilantro beer simmered rice served with a seafood medley. Papa rellena are potato croquettes stuffed with beef, carrots, peas and raisins with an aioli sauce. It’s no surprise that the lomo saltado, a sautéed filet mignon with roasted tomatoes, red onions, aji pepper and French fries, is a favoritie. Ceviche lovers will want to try the ceviche mixto with halibut, shrimp, squid, sweet potato and leche de tigre that’s topped with red onions. For dessert, be sure to try the alfajores, shortbread cookie sandwiches filled with dulce de leche.
