In 1981 Kim Tar Noodle House opened its doors in the heart of LA's historic Chinatown bringing the familiar flavors of Southeast Asia to Southern California. Capital Noodle Bar is sharing the delights of those time-honored Chinese recipes here in Costa Mesa.
Capital Noodle Bar serves custom, made-to-order noodle bowls and dishes. All bowls can be served with your choice of noodle small/large egg noodles or small/large rice noodles. They're known for their Hainan chicken, steamed chicken with ginger rice, ginger and chili sauce. Also available are rice and fried rice dishes with freshly cooked meats such as shrimp, rich pork belly, filet mignon and spicy sausage. You can also find a variety of stir frys, chow mein, chow fun and even a traditional Thai dish, pad see ew. Start off your meal with appetizers like crispy shrimp rolls, crispy tofu and fried fish cakes.
