Chef and owner Jeoffrey Offer, born and raised in the south of France, has realized his childhood dream or coming to America. Inspired by his butcher father, he honed his skills as a classically trained French chef. Upon arriving at the Butcher's House - a Brasserie style restaurant - you will see beautiful cuts of meat hanging in the dry-aging room, and perfectly seared steaks on the wood-burning grill. Sides include roasted tomato soup, mashed potatoes, grilled sweet bell peppers and more. The 30-day, dry-aged bone in Ribeye, rack of lamb, or Toulouse sausage with blue cheese are just a few of the carnivorous offerings. Open for Lunch, Dinner and Brunch (with bottomless mimosas!) on weekends. Closed on Mondays.
