The 2014 Off Center Festival began with the Party on the Plaza at Segerstrom Center for the Arts in Costa Mesa on Friday.  POP was a free community event with a special performance by the comedy group Culture Clash and musical performances by Little Willie G. and La Santa Cecilia.

The Year of the Horse at South Coast Plaza
