Costa Mesa Conference & Visitor Bureau
The bureau consists of nine luxury hotels plus two representatives from the City of Costa Mesa, and currently has a staff of four. Independent advertising and public relations consultants, as well as local hotel marketing and sales managers working under the direction of Diane Pritchett, the bureau's executive director, support marketing efforts.

The bureau primarily targets meeting and group business, state associations and leisure travel originating from major feeder markets, including Southern and Central California, San Francisco, San Diego, Scottsdale, Phoenix and Tuscon. Secondary targets include domestic and international travelers via wholesale and direct sales.
